Giving Thanks

November is here and Thanksgiving is only a few weeks away. Instead of setting aside just one day to be thankful, I propose we all embrace the spirit of Thanksgiving each day.

At the end of the day, take a few minutes to reflect. I like to make a list on a note card. My goal is to identify at least three things to be thankful for each day. It is a positive habit to form.

I have found it to be very beneficial. Instead of spending my day looking for the negative, I tend to focus on the positive – and a positive mindset always wins. Thanks for listening to CopyDeck.
